First off, hope you are out enjoying summer while playing some the craziest AVN's this year. 100+ posts in, you have clearly shown your interest in my work and I really appreciate people coming by so much. We spoke about doing 52 posts a year minimum, but we're well past that mark for 2025 already. Last week, something urgent came up that demands me to step offline for two weeks to help out my family. Nothing serious, and I will be back with a post around the 22nd of July. While out of office, I'll try to play some more games on the road so we can have fresh posts ready when I return.
Honestly, I never expected the site to be this much work. But I also never expected to see so many sweet messages of people who let me know that my Top Picks or individual reviews actually helped them out. Thank you. Know that I have no intention of adding advertisements or 'ad content' to AMRAVN, but it does cost quite a bit of time to keep the site fresh and running. If it's something people are looking for, I can set up some type of donation structure later this year. Your free support already means a lot and actually adds a ton of value to my work.
Lastly, please understand that playing and reviewing games is quite time-consuming. Not every game I start ends up being review-worthy, which means I comb through dozens of games that are simply a waste of time. Surely I could flood AMRAVN with low reviews to fill the content quota, but I would rather capture your attention with experiences that are worth talking about. If you are a developer who thinks your game fits that bill, make sure to send me a message so I can check out your work.
