While not carrying the name, this game plays in the Friends in Need universe.
STORY
‘A Slave To Desire’ is a mini-sode in the bigger Friends in Need universe. The story revolves around David, a man who’s obsessed with summoning a demon. Once he reaches Portia the demon, the wishes of his dreams come to life. That is, until he realizes that devils love to have fun in this universe
It’s a pretty thin story, but the ending latches it onto the bigger FiN universe. One of the characters in this minisode plays a different role in the main game and it showcases her life before heading into a new lifestyle. It also briefly touches on her sexuality, which was also brought up in the main game.
All in all, the story is thin, but rightly written. It sheds a light on how a person should get out of one situation, specifically a marriage with a narcissist. That’s the strong part about the story. Everything else is pretty average. The plot twist at the end with Noah & Erika is interesting and might lead up to new information or things happening in ‘Friends in Need’.

PRESENTATION
The devil looks amazing and that’s basically what the entire episode is about. The graphics are average to good, but her outfit is great. The MC David doesn't look like much and can't grow outside his stereotypical character. It’s a mini-episode for a reason, but I feel this story still could have shown a bit more. Just as it gets going, it cuts off rather abruptly.
There’s not really a sex scene here, but two small intimate moments only. One in frame and the other… like half in frame. You’ll understand when you see it. Porta looks amazing though, which is actually the meat of the production.
GAMEPLAY
Kinetic VN, no gameplay.

OVERALL
This movie-in-a-game gives us a little more information about a FiN character I like and would want to learn more from. We actually see a lot more of her and for fans, that’s a great treat. Other than that, the story isn’t that strong and there’s no gameplay. This is passable, and only interesting because of the connection with FiN.
